PNC Financial Services Group is launching its return to the credit card business with a 0% APR on purchases and balance transfers for 12 months, and a $50 credit with a first purchase. PNC intends to market the cards both to its current customers and to consumers in its footprint of eight Mid-Atlantic states and the District of Columbia, a spokesperson tells CardLine.
