Websense has scheduled separate conference calls to update investors and financial analysts on the acquisition of SurfControl and the release of third quarter financial results.
SurfControl Acquisition Update

Management will host a conference call and simultaneous webcast to provide an update on the company's acquisition of SurfControl on Wednesday, October 10, at 2 p.m. Pacific. The discussion will be limited to an update on the company's integration plans, cost synergies and product roadmap, and will not include commentary on third quarter financial results.

The company plans to release third quarter financial results after the market close on October 30.
